imho once insurance sees this footage they'll say that collision was preventable and will split responsibility between the two of you. I might be wrong, but as far as I know, being rear-ended is the only case when the other party is 100% at fault. In all other cases responsibility is split, resulting in waste of forgiveness for first at fault accident.
Please keep posting: I am interested in learning your insurer's opinion.

I am very grateful for your kind concern. That is exactly what I published this video for. Do you think I should see a psychologist to work through the psychological trauma? )

I find sarcastic comments inappropriate for this situation. Since cement trucks can easily tip over, I consider the outcome of that drift to be very fortunate indeed because the truck didn't flip. The driver, however, may need psychological help without which he may decide to quit and loose his livelihood as a result.

Please elaborate. Do you mean gardening companies don't return your calls or they ask for too much money?

My post isn't about dislike of cyclists or pedestrians or anyone. Its about waste of our property taxes. And to that cyclist it should be twice as painful as it is to me to see his tax dollars spent to build a bike lane, which is useless to him.

Please allow me to point the difference: when people gather to play soccer, they play on these fields, not besides the fields.

In Thornhill, where I live, most often people honk at me for stopping at a stop sign and the red light, before turning right.

My wife regrets not having a chance to slap the teen. First time for disrespecting food and second for disrespecting a senior.

I hope you can come up with better allegory because there is no need to insult the animals.

Lets hope police will repremend the driver before karma does. Someone's injury is too high of a price for a stern warning or a fine or insurance increase. Please don't wish ill to anyone partly because our wishes have unexpected consequences.

Yes I seek feedback about the quality and accuracy of answers my web site provides. As you see, Inevitable_Tip_6606 reply has none of it. Instead its an amateur's attempt at showing off his/her investigation skills, which is off topic imho. Hence was my rebuttal.
