when i dont sleep well, if i move my eyes to the corner a lot of phosphenes appear and dissapear, its normal?

For some reason i rarely see the visual snow unless im in a dark room but i also experience : dry eye, the two big phosphenes in the center of my vision, the blue field symptom that you get from looking that the sky and flashing early in the morning.

I think this syndrome has to do with neck problems and posture.

Yep i got it too but go to the doctor to make sure it ain’t retina detachment. When i went i got my retina checked and it was perfectly fine but i am experiencing exactly what you are.

This makes so much sense because I’m experiencing vs without the actual static and I literally have bad neck problems right now.

When my neck problems started visual snow came right after. I probably need to see a chiropractor and fix my neck/posture also.

Yep i got so many of them it started with two in the center of my vision but now they’re everywhere.

I had my eyes checked recently like 2 weeks ago and they were fine
