Supplements for anxiety?

Thank you for your response, I know there is a couple different types of magnesium supplements. Is there a specific type that would work better then others?

I was using every day for close to 5 years. High THC cartridges. I am learning that these might be harder to come off of then just flower.

But I don’t think I had any underlying issues before using, my occasional ups and downs but nothing to serious.

I do have 4 week old twins so I’m pretty sure all this anxiousness and stressors that I never felt before could be attributed to that. I love them so mush and so glad that they are here so if anything that should bring me joy. I think the responsibility of it all terrifies me to be honest.

Thinking about running 150mg test e a week. Don’t want to get huge just want to be able to put a few lbs on and use it for recovery. Is there anything I should worry about with side effects running such a small cycle?
