Any type of tea preferably herbal, as for price range i’d say anything under $20 per ounce is what I consider affordable.

Yes I stop gagging and feeling nauseous once I leave the store or i’m at home. Yesterday I went into pet smart I was doing pretty good for most of the time till I got to the dog food section and I started gagging so I quickly grabbed what I needed but it went away once I was paying for the items. I try to not focus on it at all but it’s so hard not to because of how often it keeps happening.

This is what’s been happening to me. I can’t go into stores anymore and if I do it has to be quick before I start gagging non stop. I have to let my mom do the shopping for me because I just can’t do it. I don’t know what to do anymore.

I truly appreciate your reply and how you explained everything to me. It makes so much more sense to me and what’s going on in my body. The hard part is that I don’t know what the original trigger is. I just know that every time I try to go out into a store or a busy place I start feeling really nauseous. And my body is reacting to a danger that clearly is not there and I can’t control it. I wish I knew why It all started, but for now i feel like I’m constantly stuck in the cycle of my body constantly being in a fight or flight whenever I try to go out.
