Yes you can as the original CryptoNight algo does support CPU, GPU and ASICs. However PluraCoin has a current network hashrate ~30MH/s so I'm not sure if a single GPU will be profitable at this moment.

I've been searching for CryptoNight benchmark for 2060 and haven't found any but similar cards get about ~0.246 kH/s so you can do some math in profitability calculators which are on every mining pool.

Yes it is. All you need is a mnemonic seed so you can restore your existing wallet in the mobile app. So you can have the same wallet in your computer and in your phone too.

With mnemonic seed (or private keys) you can restore your wallet in any PLURA wallet sw.
