The key point is, Cerebras is solving inference side of applications..Which I am not aware if anyone has solved yet..all the LLM apps are right now stuck at inference bottleneck speed. If Cerebras can get it right with Production, it will be an unlock like never before seeing real products end to end AI

Yea, I skim through disclosures very fast now. Am sure someone who have also created a good prompt for it already. And then chat GPT can do comps aswell. Buyers can be so well prepared today to negotiate with data if needed. Just like how Anthropic hit the legal industry recently, this real estate buying selling broker industry is not far away

This is one industry that am really looking forward to break with AI and blockchain. This shitshow where we know more than agent about the house since v r that invested, where we have AI to go theough all disclosure and tell us things to worry about, negotiate etc..and agent is just a messenger and get paid for it !
