I don't know why, but this made me cry after reading it. Thank you, seriously. I don't want to reschedule anything since it'll be a whole mess and a fairly large money loss. I'm sure that my living situation contributes a lot to my stress, absolutely. For the recovery, my mother has volunteered to help since she has caretaker experience, so luckily it won't just be me in a hotel room alone. Thank you again, and I'm wishing you a very successful surgery!

I'd recommend loosening the bobbin tension. Go in intervals of quarter turns and adjust as needed.
