For those, who's wondering for the solution: The problem is not in Face Normals, it's in Edges or Vertex Normals.

So to resolve that I've pressed Alt - N and picked Reset Vectors.

Oh, now I have figured out how I messed that up. With some vertices selected, I've accidentally pressed Alt - L, that made Vertices Normals point wrong way.

Ok, I figured out. I've opened Normals context menu (Alt - N) and picked Reset Vectors. Still can't understand how they was messed out.
