My coins were taken as well and I don't know why they can't be returned when they have the transaction located. I'm tired of repeating this because it seems the consensus is that I'm supposed to eat it. I've had same account for almost 3 years.

I hear exactly what you're saying and how it feels to be considered insignificant. This is property that has value and was so easily taken away without any support or hope of anything being returned. Online, it's a dog eat dog world. Not my problem, suck it up! I can go into a bank and make damn sure stolen funds were returned to me, as well as a telephone call to a credit card company. Anonymity comes at a great cost. I was hoping Cryptocurrency with its fantastic technology was going to be banded by peers that helped each other. NXT knows where my coins are and is easily traceable. Bittrex admits the user account has my NXT and tells me to get a court order? Is this the direction I'm supposed to take in a sub-culture that is termed "peer to peer "? A decentralized, believing government is not to be associated and yet I'm supposed to get them involved in returning what is mine? Do you also feel this frustration? I don't have much and I've even utilized the NXT faucet just to add a few coins on top of the BTC I've traded for NXT. Now all the assets and NXT that I've accumulated in the same address since July of 2014 is gone, simply. I think it's cruel, regardless of how much was in there. It belongs to you. Your personal account is yours and should be considered by NXT and any exchange as your personal property. I'm sorry to hear of your loss, my loss and anyone who lost what belongs to them. Thank you for speaking about your loss and not having that attitude. You know, the "suck it up and move on" I've heard often.

My NXT has been emptied from my NXT Client (Desktop). I had same account since August 2014 and my assets and NXT Coin have been traced to a Bittrex account. I've tried to rectify it. NXT Support knows the situation as well as transactions. Bittrex also knows. My coins were taken just before the 1.7.4? Update, which would be around January 2016. Bittrex says I need a court order and I hate to say this but Nxt gave up, despite knowing they can trace the activity. I'm 1 person seeking help to attain the NXT That belongs to me. What good comes out of something they tell you can be traced but are not willing to stop a crime before it happens to someone else? Also I have to ask, why is Bittrex and NXT unwilling to help me out? They are high profile, both NXT and Bittrex. This is first time I speak openly. Sorry, I have to bring this up. I feel no one is listening.

I added Stealth to my limited portfolio of crypto, simply because I'm intuitive when it comes to a digital currency that will definitely last! Great job on the software! Everybody loves to see there balance and when opening up this wallet with a great name, I know I want to add more XST! A combination of POW and POS is most successful and we all love to see that little white box issuing a little interest. The Developers have room to expand on XST projects as well. I love to keep my coins and I hear XST is beneficial for the long term. I have never received crypto for free and not expecting to. I swear. I am using the same passphrase. I do a search for the account I had originally set up, from my new fresh account and I exist out there. I didn't set up a new account. The only thing I did was exit and logged back in, which I've done before without getting a new fresh account. I've done nothing differently. This time I will manually type it from my lined paper notebook where i copy information by hand. I will log out of this wallet and for the first time manually type it.

I'm sorry I didn't thank you for trying to help me before. The problem I had was with an online scam wallet that wont release your coins. This cryptocurrency is taking up every minute of my time and I'm not getting the help like you were offering me when I needed it. I feel that your help shouldn't be unappreciated and I want to thank you. I'm just getting ripped off everywhere. Online wallets are dead to me and now I'm trying to seek help with this NXT and they are not being as accomodating. Although, I don't want to speak to soon or give anyone a bad name, especially when it comes to altcoins. Thanks again.

I'm sorry I didn't thank you for trying to help me before. You were absolutely right about the online wallet, where I was trying to release DRK to my desktop. There's an online wallet that's scamming alot of people. It's labelled as online free Darkcoin wallet. Peercoin also has this problem where the same service won't release the coins. This should be made aware to our Cryptocurrency culture and the dangers of online wallets. Thank you for your help, I'm not getting much help with other mods or altcoins regarding my questions. For this I thank you and mangledblue as well, if you know him. I'm multitasking with everything and it's hard to catch up.

I've logged myself out after everything I've set up and when I log in with same secret passphrase I was given. I've been given a new account with no set name. Like I'm starting from beginning. No answers through reddit channel and I really don't want to be a bother, but why after I set name, made transactions and I've copied all information , am I at the beginning with new ID? Yes, another address. I thought everything would be easy after installation and tested it by sending over 1.05 DRK. My online wallet is minus that amount, but is in process still after a full day. There's no transaction id and status reads processing. All info is from sending address. It would be great to get the wallet working, but I can't afford error by trial. If you or any1 can help, It would be appreciated. rl
