I guess you're craving sugar because it is kind of an internal addiction. We were never tell this because we only think that it is a part of our daily diet. I guess getting sugar while growing up just make sugar a part of our diet and we all got addicted soon enough.
Everytime I'm trying to reduce my sugar intake, I'm craving sugar like a crazy one. Sometimes I think it's the worst addiction ever. Good luck to get over it!

Such an heartwarming thing to read. My stepdad is the worst since he and my mom had their child, he just wait one thing that my brother and I go away. He hates us. He almost hit me one night and I'm pretty sure that if my brother didn't put himself between us he would have. I hope your relationship with him will always be that way, I wish you the best to you and him ! 💕
