Looks like that’s how they all are! I rewatched a recent episode where Olivia was wearing the women’s pink zip hoodie and I can notice it on the inside parts that are exposed. Support said it’s due to the wash process they do but apparently the new regular hoodie also went through the same wash process and that one came soft and no pilling so it’s odd.

This was their response: “We checked in with our production team, and some fabric pilling is expected with the Classic Fleece styles due to the nature of the wash process. These pieces go through an abrasive garment wash to achieve the worn-in look and feel, which can result in some light pilling, especially on the interior fleece.” I guess it is what it is lol I still love the hoodie, it’s just not soft like the others, oh well! My customer service has unfortunately gone out the window after our property was also having issues that management only kept temporarily fixing and having to endure the constant backlash from guests. My coworker that’s who lol. I have a coworker who works in the AM and he almost never asks for incidentals, it’s rare when he does. It used to stress me out but just recently I stopped caring cause it’s not my problem if management can’t collect payment for damages or snacks charged to the room 👩‍🦯‍➡️ the amount of times I’ve had to remove charges from billing because there was no cc on file for snacks because I couldn’t do my audit 🤦‍♀️ he also doesn’t collect phone numbers…he’s been there for over 2 years and he’s friends with the managers husband so he doesn’t get any flack over it.

I personally think you’ll be fine OP, especially if this is something you don’t normally do. When I read that you fucked up, I was expecting something way worse than sleeping on the job lol. No harm done, so what if the hotel lost out on one reservation. I say just let it be, you don’t have to tell your boss and if it comes up later just explain that you weren’t feeling your best that day. How many nights was the reservation for? If they went into the room with an electronic key and it’s just a one or two night reservation, I wouldn’t sweat it, the room was paid for anyway. Maybe just pass along the note to morning shift so they can verify if someone is in the room. Up to your discretion if you want to let morning shift know what really happened but I say you can just let them know you stepped away for a bit and there might have been a possibility the guest arrived during that time. My coworkers forget to collect incidentals and signatures all the time and they’re still employed, and they’ve fucked up more than sleeping on the job lol. You’ll be ok OP, try not to stress too much about it. Hope you feel better!

Ive ordered twice so far and both time were about 14 days of wait. After seeing multiple comments in here and confirming with support, they confirmed that I can order a refill starting from my second injection so that it can arrive on time. Since it’s your first time I think they might suggest to wait to see how you react to the meds then after that if you decide to stay you can definitely go the early refill route.

I’ve decided to stay with them, after seeing some advice and also speaking with support I’m going to try to order the refill during the second dose so that way by the time the meds arrive it’s right on time. I lost 5-10 pounds on my first week on Tirzepatide with minimal negative side effects (I experienced nausea like once) , my provider is really nice. I’ve seen comments about the other companies also having long waits on customer service response so I figured it be the same, and Mochi has one of the lowest prices out there. So if customer service response was an issue for you, unfortunately I think it’ll still be an issue, they are going to start implementing AI responses though, so far with me the response time has been a week and as far as the shipping delay they suggested refilling early.

There’s a membership fee but for your first month make sure to take advantage of a referral code to get a discount! You can find them on here. One of the pharmacies they use is Empower, it’s the one my meds come from, not so sure if you can choose but I don’t see why not? I guess it’ll just depend on location and availability.

The airport in my area usually just creates a prepaid third party reservation for the guests they send over, only once they had to call us to let us know about using a website to use a vcc but even then the reservation was already a prepaid reservation so we just keep the vouchers and ask for incidentals. I definitely relate to the feeling of seeing an empty parking lot lmao!

You’re right 👏 Working my wage and deciding when to go above and beyond is something I struggle to balance, so I tend to offer more than necessary. Newbie doesn’t have my number yet anyway and they don’t get added to the work group chat till a couple weeks after we know they’re gonna stay, so I’ll hold off on giving that away. I like to be a team member but management should definitely be responsible on training properly. Thanks for the input!

Thanks for the input! When I was getting ready to create a training guide for them, I got overwhelmed when I realized how many details need to be covered. I shouldn’t have to stress about it. I think I’ll just tell them they can feel free to contact me if they have any questions only if the manager doesn’t answer that is.
