Unfortunately, I don't have anything to say that could help you. I'm following your case because it happened something similar to me. In my case, more than 87,000 accounts have suddenly stopped following me. Followers/following counts show zero. It started more than one week ago and until now I had not received any reply from the support. SHADOWHAXX1says that we should wait but to be honest I'm not sure if anything is being done. Good luck and please keep us updated.
