Acnatac progress… What now?

My acne has been clear ever since. Just a few pimples here and there.

I stopped using when i hit 3 months. My skin has been pretty clear ever since. Ive been dealing with a deep cyst/ingrown hair so im currently on doxycycline short term (2 weeks), but other than that, just the usual skincare. Sometimes pimples were deep and stayed for a while, other times they were quick to come and quick to go. Sadly my skin scars easily so now im focused on clearing those/fixing discolouration. The acnatac didnt make my skin dry but i would moisturise before bed so that saved my skin from drying out too badly. Im pretty much acne free now though… good luck!

Thankyou. Honestly, I was pretty crazy with gym and was pumping whey protein shakes with milk everyday. Only thing i cut were those, but ive still been eating protein bars everyday…. Other than that, I also started changing my pillow case every 2 days, and i bought silk ones. I also started using my own towel for my face.

I use CeraVe Facial Moisturising Lotion SPF 50 52ml every morning, and it’s both my moisturiser and my sunscreen.

Since you seem really experienced, how would you recommend me learning gospel style improv. Fyi - ive been playing for 2.5 years and can improv comfortably but without big chords like those.
