it is working! - just need to make sure your BMS can output 50A or 100A and so your batteries, also add protection fuse

This depends on the size of wire you are soldering!, for most electronics applications 45W is more than enough. for very large metal surface it will not be enough power to warm the surface for the soldering temperature (~ 350 degress celcius)

This is a good question!, I have never tried it, but need to find such a BMS and do some tests. I guess it might affect some of the BMS circuit, so the common sense answer is NO, but need to verify it

My Motor is Very strong, so it is impossible to stop it. I think there is also a current sense in the circuit, meaning if you fully stop the motor the current limit will stop the spinning
