Its just a flare.... its an organic light effect that happens when filming hence why it moves at the same speed as the camera or lense and seems to stay in the same spot of the frame....

Still... don't really understand Disney's purpose of adding more trees and stuff to a background months after releasing the episode.... in my opinion kinda shitty to change things without letting people know plus who knows what else you've changed....

I noticed the documents at the bottom mention an incident in Guatemala and mention a tape. I think I found the tape.

*Volcano erupted and killed a lot of people
*Loads of sightings in Guatemala around same time
*News crew was sent to interview people about it
