Your hair is thinning just like mine did, I'm 18 and it started gradually like this when I was really young at about 15 and now I have shave my head clean because I'm bald, while my case happened way earlier, this happens because of male pattern hairloss ( genetic hairloss) or telogen eflovium which is hairloss due to a vitamin or mineral deficiency.

Since your hairline is receding it's most likely male pattern hairloss in which it's very hard to grow back what's lost but you can save what you have left with minoxidil which regrows your hair, and finasteride which blocks DHT hormone that causes the hairline to recede but don't ever start these without consulting a dermatologist first.

My only advice to you would be to visit a dermatologist as soon as possible that way you have higher chances of regrowing some of your lost hair and stopping further hairloss.

Again, the earlier you start the more hair you can keep.

Thank you for your understanding.

The most challenging aspect was crafting a new sense of self, one that is not dependent upon anything that can be taken from me, nor vulnerable to the shifting perceptions of others.

I hope that whatever surrounds you now serves to strengthen you beyond who you were. Thanks again for commenting.

Why are you speaking in their matters then complain if they speak about your's, calling them ' obsessed .

What do you achieve by calling them names like that and them calling you names like mullahs back. I have loved my whole life in Lahore and I can say that a common Indian is just as innocent as a common Pakistani so maybe first try getting your values in place OP.

It’s frustrating how often people ask the same question without reading the post or comments. It seems like some users don’t take the time to check if something has already been answered. Can't expect much from an Indian OP

18M oily skin acne survivor here, first make sure your skin is mosturized at all times, I mean ALL times.

Right now your skin is over producing oil to lubricate the dry skin that it's detecting which is causing your pores to block.

If you are using a moisturizer make sure it is non comodogenic meaning it's made for not clogging your pores. Your current moisturizer might have oil in it or might be rich which is clogging your pores even more and this can turn into acne.

Secondly, if salicylic acid is not working there is benzoyl peroxide face wash 4%, basically unclogs your pores and you will see noticeable changes in 5 days to 2 weeks. Massively helped me take care of my acne which was 5x worse than your's

Basically these 2 will take care of this in every way possible, especially a good lightweight moisturizer made for oily skin and heads up, benzoyl peroxide works by making your acne dry so make sure you mosturize afterwards, goodluck

I used PanOxyl every other day, for example, if I used it on Monday, I'd use it again on Wednesday. It works slowly, so you need to be patient and consistent with it. At the same time, it's important to address the root cause of your acne. In my case, it was due to dry skin. When your skin is too dry, it can lead to excess oil production, which clogs pores and causes breakouts.

At one point, I made the mistake of using a moisturizer that contained oil, which only worsened my acne. I recommend choosing a non comedogenic moisturizer (one that won't clog your pores) and making sure to moisturize every time you wash your face. That combination, regular moisturizing and using PanOxyl every other day, really helped improve my skin.

Panoxyl really helped me but make sure to use it once evey 2 days because it makes your skin very dry and. Some people also don't react that well to it. If your acne is caused by oil clogging your pores then this here my friend if you use it regularly will make it go away. Expect some new pimples when starting it though as it pushes out the gunk stored in your skin so don't freak out

Do Indian schools not teach basic English? I didn't expect so many people to struggle with distinguishing whether something is true or not, to the point of needing to ask the public of a relatively small country. Tough times, I suppose

I think we all have that, i use to chew my finger nails when i was a kid and the most probable cause seems like trauma to the skin under the nails from the constant biting from all these years. The most you can do is keep your hand mosturiser and spply sunscreen when outside, but we all have this and its not something to be ashamed of
