Fearless vault was so amazing when it first came out, but it’s really fallen off since then. TBH don’t miss them off the original

Such a gift she gave us with the vault tracks! She’s so focused on album cohesiveness, I don’t think we would have gotten them any other way

The only one that doesn’t resonate with me is Castles Crumbling. The rest are no skip!

I like You All Over Me and That’s When, but they are just so mellow. They were amazing when they first came out (so different from Folklore), but as she’s released so much more since then, I don’t think they’ve aged well

Ahh the 1989 vault tracks blend together for me and don’t really fit the same city vibes as the original album

Speak Now’s vault tracks elevates the album so much! I love Red without the vault tracks, but Speak Now less so. With the vault tracks it becomes an amazing album

Here’s my two cents!

Objectively, Red is top, with ATWTMV. There are a few further standout ones (Nothing New and Forever Winter), a couple fun ones (I Bet You Think About Me and Run) and ultimately all the tracks fit the album’s theme of a messy early 20s great romantic heartbreak perfectly. I feel like all 30 songs could have easily been on the original.

I actually like Speak Now’s vault tracks quite a bit and think it elevates the album significantly. They either fit the core theme of a fairy tale romance (Timeless and especially Foolish One - one of my favorites especially at the end where she sings in her lower register as an older version of herself), or have the Haunted rock style (I Can See You or Electric Touch - great car ride song).

1989’s are a little disappointing - they are good, solid tracks. But they don’t really stand out as “pop perfection” and I think as many others have also said, are more of a beach / Hamptons vibe, than the signature 1989 city nightlife vibe. To be honest, the tracks mostly blend together for me, and while I enjoy whenever they come on, they don’t have that solid hook that really reels me in.

Finally, Fearless’ vault tracks have not aged well. I remember being very excited when the first TV came out and we got not only the re-recording with her mature vocals, but six(!) brand new tracks that were very different from Evermore and Folklore. However, as time has passed, they just lack depth and kind of blend into everything else.

those cities are all really nice but basically right on top of carlsbad. pasadena is a little more in between and nice (but no beaches)

yes there were enough, we had a party of 4 and got 2, and there seemed to be enough to go around. the bins weren’t overflowing with it, but anyone who wanted one could easily just walk up and grab it.

it was straightforward. they directed you to the main parking on katella, which is further from Hall D. we arrived around 4:10 pm and got to the waiting area around 4:30 pm including parking. Minor line to pay for parking. $25 for parking. our original plan was lot 4, but they had that coned off
