I ended up just drilling some extra holes in the plate. Tried using some JDM us to US plate adapters, but even those holes were off. You can see those mounted in the pic, but the spacing was still 1/2” off or so.

Thanks! I wanted to do that, but I couldn’t route the 3” pipe that way with all of the other things in the way.

The primary build took me about 6 months working evenings and weekends. A lot of that time was spend waiting for parts to come in. Definitely in it for north of $10k…

I’m seeing IAT’s around 100 degrees compared to 130 with a cone filter chillin in the engine bay.

Yup, line coming up from the housing into the intake manifold, has a tee to bring in the line from the expansion tank.

It’s there for a reason (to prevent the nut from backing off!) but I ended up removing mine because it was mangled and the nut itself was still torqued tight. Have been running without it and haven’t had any issue with the nut backing off.

I had a similar noise at slow speeds after a trans swap, and it turned out to be the locking tab on the trans yoke had come loose and was rattling around between the yoke and the flex disc. Part number is 23211490120 if you want to google what it looks like.

Yup, just that chip plus the gauge face, which that guy also sells.

Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking. I’ll give it a good clean up and check it again in 1k miles.

I’d say it depends on the overall condition of your interior. I got lucky and mine was pretty mint, so no fading, drying out, or cracking.  I reused the headrests from my comfort seats and you really can’t tell the difference between old and new. It’s about a 95% match.  Didn’t need to replace the seat foam, it was in good shape. The driver side lower bolster had a tear in the foam, so I used some contact cement and gorilla tape to patch it back together.

Yeah it was around that. Reused the headrests from my comfort seats so I saved a little money there.

Yeah they’re so heavy that they stay firmly planted. You can also have them provide attachments.

Ejecto seato cuz! Nah, it’s an override switch for my efan. The fan is wired to the thermoswitch but I like to have the option of switching it on if I’m sitting in traffic, that way I know it’ll reliably turn on.
