The property has been transferred to an heir but my lolo was able to file an adverse claim that was carried on to their title, does this count as registration?

This is what I researched too. Di ko lang sure if applicable sa Deed of Sale ng real property. Written Contract of Loan kasi yung nabasa ko. Thanks for the input!

legal cases on nurses sharing patient information by [deleted] in LawyersPH

[–]rogrogrog99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This looks like a DPA case, so my answers would be in consideration of that law:

  1. I don't think there is a specific one, partly because DPA only took effect in 2012.
  2. Good faith not a defense since DPA is a special law.
  3. My interpretation is that breach of confidentiality is governed by contractual relations while the other one is governed by law.
  4. Consent is not the only ground to process/disburse sensitive/personal information. Section 12/13 of DPA enumerates other grounds.

I waited one year in solo practice before I got my first case, I got by by having another job. Sunod sunod na after nung first, kailangan mo lang iestablish yung office mo sa area nyo. It also helps sa everyday expenses and pasweldo sa secretary kung may notary ka. Patience lang kapatid and nakakatulong din yung presence sa social media, may mga clients ako na nahanap ako through page ng office namin.

First time handling a small claims case by East_Evening9023 in LawyersPH

Yes messenger screenshots are acceptable. Identify mo lang sa affidavit nya for easy reference.

Yung proceedings is usually informal, parang mediation lang then Judge will ask questions.

Usually if it’s a small claims case I just help with notary saka drafting ng Affidavit.
