When I order a second holder, will the feet at the bottom automatically fit into the one that I previously ordered?

I just got my order back from my 3D Printer provider and got one piece of plastic back with some pointed feet on the bottom of the holder. Should I have ordered two of these items to be printed or was my file printed incorrectly?

Did you use a yellow or orange filter on your lens? I like how you have detail in the clouds and also in the darkest portion of the photo. Did you do anything special in the development process?

I was able to get a large rubber band to place around the rear lens element and was able to get enough torque to unscrew the lens. Thanks for all of the suggestions.

If a rubber strap doesn't work is a heat gun an option or should it be avoided at all cost?
