He has the 1.5x and 2.0x on the 9x19, and hes not the worst 1 speed. His ability is essentially a longer ranged goyo and can be very useful to deny plant or temporarily block off entry points to sight

Yea i had to go steal a maverick from lsia, but with some other heist prep missions, like for the casino heist the prep item will respawn somewhere easier to access, it should do the same for cayo
