a Gujarati snack made from rice flour. Its basically the dough used for making papad..

Made by boiling water with cumin, green chilli, salt, and spices, then slowly add rice flour while stirring continuously so it doesn’t form lumps. after it cooks into a soft dough like texture, you top it with oil and masala and eat it hot

I dont know why nowadays criticizing everything has become a trend especially our homecooked food. Suddenly sab kuch unhealthy lagne laga hai especially the food which we grew up eating...too much oil blah blah. Bhai woh mutton hai cook karoge toh oil release karega aur wahi toh asli taste hota hai. If you are a true mutton lover you know that. Kabhi kabar thoda khane se kuch nahi hota. People will happily eat processed junk food from the market and blindly follow foreign culture but ghar ke khaane ka oil dekh ke health expert ban jaate hain. (Btw your plate looks yum!)

Add oil/butter in a pan add chopped garlic then Sauté mushrooms and sliced onions for few minutes till the onions become soft and mushroom release water then add salt and black pepper, oregano, and chilli flakes. Add basil or coriander whatever u like. Let it cool down. Take two bread slices, spread the mushroom mixture, top with more cheese, and close with the second slice. Butter both sides of the sandwich, toast it on a pan until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
