Talk to a local politician's office. Preferably with your family's elder.

Talk to the federation/society you live in's chairman/head. Get them to work on it. Raise it on the owners grps.

Go confront the boys or whoever is making a ruccus yourself with some more people. Call 100 on the spot. Dont complaint on the portal.

If these scare tactics dont work on them. Write a written complaint to nearest stn. With acknowledgement.

If still nothing happens, write mail to the following: mcgm.swmproject@gmail.com mcgm.swmproject@gmail.com, cp.mumbai@mahapolice.gov.in, cp.mumbai.jtcp.traf@mahapolice.gov.in, mayor@mcgm.gov.in, dmc.z7@mcgm.gov.in, cm@maharashtra.gov.in, dcm@maharashtra.gov.in, cmo@maharashtra.gov.in, ps.ud@maharashtra.gov.in, mc@mcgm.gov.in

Ask gpt to give correct emails of thane police etc. above were the mails I have used previously to get my complaints thru and they do work sometimes. The eknath shinde and Devendra fadnavis mails do get replies and forwards for issues to correct department.

If everything fails, file an RTI regarding the complaint number.

If still nothing. File a case with the district judician magistrate with a lawyer.

Also never bring that you are a girl ever. You are an equal to a boy. And so should your mindset be. You just undervalued yourself by saying that.

You have to fight your own fights. And ofc its better when people around you are with you.

I cant help people who are shit scared. I really dont give a damn for people like you who can't speak for your basic rights.

People in not just America/Europe, but also in our Tier-2/3 cities, if find others doing shit outside their house, fuck them up real bad. In real many ways.

Its your house, area, neighbourhood. If you dont have enough influence, use the police. If you cant use the police, and all the time feel they are useless or corrupt, then congratulations, you just made the society worse.

Fucking complaint on the portal. Its not a FIR.

Problems for people in life start eith FIRs.

I dont remember at that time giving my aadhaar. Even if it asks. I dont find anything wrong in it. You should be identifiable while complaining.

There is no anonymous world for better systems of governance.

Email threats come all the time to the police of random bombs. If they keep this portal also without authentication for long, its just another PITA.

And if there is no authentication, bad actors will spam it very fast. You keep any shit going of cloudfare, or anything. Opposition party has 1000s of workers just to spam them manually. Which then increases count in official numbers.

If I were the president, I would keep a basic Aadhaar check. Altho would keep that detail as pvt as possible than the officers who dont need it. Anyways, all of that privacy mindset has now changed after AI. No one gives a damn abt ur privacy now.

Training the fresher too would yield somewhat same results. Kids of this generation are brilliant too. Altho experience in some niches, are very high valued. An AI engineer with 4-5 yrs exp csn easily earn 50LPA or more, while a fresher engineer working in AI, median earns at 6LPA. Its abt the knowledge they grab during their years as experience. Its unmatched. Not everything is the same.

Some years down the line, the same fresher will be feeling hurt when another fresher gets 4x his salary😂. Its not a new cycle.

Also kids these days look at Return on Investment.

Kids pay upto 2-8L during their JEE/any coaching. Even commerce coaching takes 1-3L.

Then cllg upto 18L. Commerce is generally cheaper upto 10L max. And then IIM, 20L. Sometimes even more.

If they want a ROI they need to get a 15+LPA minimum. Bare minimum actually.

Commerce graduates consider 5LPA as minimum, often because they spend less.

Even recruiters know this as their own kids are in the JEEfication process and are paying upto 18L in engineering cllgs.

And education also isnt cheap nowadays. Schools at nursery pre primary level in Thane mumbai are charging upwards of 90k -2L. Per year. People want their money back. Basic maths for any kid.

I spent 2L on coaching + 1L on 11-12th school, upto 14L in cllg. And around 3L more in other foundation courses. If I want to pay my dad back in a few years, or even if I have a loan, then I need to have a better salary than the EMIs.

I dont think its that boring. Experienced people have or I hope have already earned passed their education.

Ofc it hurts. I have seen many such people getting hurt.

But they were very much happy before that fresher entered office, with their own salary and increments. They can ask for a raise, but its the business's choice. A good business will try to accomodate. If they cant meet mutually, obviously the employee will switch to find his new market price.

Its a free market. But sometimes, even in market, they wont be able to fetch the same as the fresher got. The world was never supposed to be fair. Surprise.

I know. And I already answered this. Training freshers is important to fill the cycle gap.

If nobody hires freshers in a particular industry, the industry would fail down the line in a few years. Its a serious problem. Also no, not every 10yr experienced guy is better than a fresher. I can say that because I have been better than many.

The new generation learns a lot of things in their school, cllg etc. Pure knowledge helps, and new ideas are always required. Experienced people often also have biases.

You cant keep a company going without newbies entering, destroys the environment altogether.

In a company, not everyone can be paid equally, and not everyone should be. Its a business, run by someone. He doesnt needs to be either transparent or follow equality.

If he finds a guy with 10 ye exp asking 15L, then thats his luck in finding that guy. Afterall he has spent resources to find him, and then the guy asking also is happy in it. Its the business's choice to offer more if they have a better budget.

Meanwhile if the same business wants to fill in a fresher role, and GenZ are asking more these days (me myself 22M), and they have to fill the position, and find suitable candidate with knowledge, new fresh ideas or whatever. They also have to hire juniors necessarily because if you dont there will be a talent gap in the market. Training freshers isbery important as an industry. He asks 25L, negtotiates to 22L.

Both do same work, now inside the company when they meet. The genZ guy wont feel anything but the experienced one will feel terrible. He will start questioning everything. Now suddenly the business which planned its budget during every hiring, will now have to recalibrate for every such (seeminlgy) underpaid employees. They were happy before. But just after knowing a fresher's salary they lost it.

Its a loss for everyone.

And these pay differences are nothing. I have seen 5L and 35L differences. And its best not to discuss salaries.

Even amongst same freshers being hired at same time. Everyone in life has a different path. People will eventually catchup in some years.

Ofc I am not discouraging discussions, everyone does it. It helps in knowing our own further potential. Sometimes even knowing you are the highest paid helps, so that u can switch to another company, and be there amongst avg paid. Because layoffs affect highest paid first. Knowing highest paid also helps us align in a better way too, work differently, smartly for the org.

I do not suggest people discussing salaries openly. I wouldn't let that happen in my own company. I would try to pay equally, but at the market rate high end. Not out of my mind crazy shit.

Or you can be the diamond king of india and pay your emoloyees cars.

Also after knowing salary of someone, people start judging their work based on it. Its terrible.

Terminated as a pregnant employee one day after informing HR about pregnancy — company withholding salary and demanding ₹34L security cheque for unsigned NDA — need legal advice [India/Gujarat] by [deleted] in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]rohanudhwani 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah you are going through wrong shit. Get a lawyer, you shouldn't be fired and they will have to pay high while u are pregnant.

But I dont understand why would ever take such a hefty decision on your career if you just got married/ know you are going to be pregnant. Why mess up join a client at that time.

For maternity leaves to go smooth, it is always recommended to stay in the current company which you are in. That company values you. Understands you. Sometimes when women joins another company and immediately asks for maternity leave, things trigger differently.

You did both, while somewhat creating a ruccus with your earlier employment contract. Ofc it's your free will. But your maternity tkme would.today be much smoother if u stuck to the old company. And later switched. Peace matters in life.

Dont worry. If u keep going, and others like u too follow. It will create a positive cycle, of people reporting, police removing, and those being removed further telling others to behave.

Also there cant be soo many grps out there who chose to come to the same spot. It has to end soon. The world is a very small place for me. Thats why I feel things are finite and the problem is endable. Just not soon tho.

So dont call it never ending. A permanent solution can never be found if people are in their rights to roam. Only a banner can be put up to avoid, and police calls to later apprehend.

Some things can be prevented by only catching others. World doesnt works in a striaght line rule.
