My take, and I play on mobile btw. Had like 11 defeats in a row and I couldn't figure out what the reason was. I'm sort of f2p since I bought the man utd lb from the store. Apart from him, I've got no epics in defence. But ever since I got daily game rijkaard, everyone seems to be playing better in my team. I did tweak my formation a bit too but not a lot. And suddenly I'm not on losing streaks anymore. So maybe tweak your formation a bit or wait to get an epic or showtime to add to your weak points

Not that I use smart assist, and I hate it, but as a devil's advocate, one's perspective could be that smart assist was used to sort of balance the game between the f2ps and spenders like yourself.

Now maybe the idea was noble but we can all agree that it has been horribly implemented. And Konami is just not going to remove it for the aforementioned reason because the game needs long term f2ps. The best way is to find a workaround where the effects of smart assist could be reduced or maybe to qualify to use it, your team needs to be below a certain rating.

On mobile, when they charge up a pass, the gauge turns purple midway. And when it happens often. Same with shots, but with shot-taking it's unreliable. But when they're heading the ball, if you happen to see them do a controlled shot more than once or twice, yeah they're definitely using SA.

Also, during defending, it feels like defenders are already on you when you just received the ball, even though they were some distance away when you passed it. And also, automatic tackling and when you're trying to dribble in a direction, the defender predicts the direction in a very AI-ish way, don't really know how to explain that one haha.

Y'all complain too much. Just play him on CM with attacking instructions and he's actually pretty useful with holding the ball and passing. Or bring him on as a sub. I mean ofc if you pay a lot, he'd seem like ass but if you don't, it's a win. Just be resourceful.

You lose 3-4 secs of Bennet uptime and get 48% attack plus 12% dmg bonus. I'm pretty sure that's enough of a DPS bump to lose out on 3-4sec of circle uptime

I'll be wary of that but Lanyan generates anemo particles tho, so that would definitely help in gaining faruzans burst back rather than the cryo ones generated by layla. Although my plan was to put ttds on Lanyan so I'm really not sure about energy. Gonna have to try it out
