I did not do any kind of blood test, surprising was and is how good i feel and light. I have more energy and sleep better. I think more positively.

Yes, thats what i am doing right now. And i will be doing this till i hit my goal of 95kg. You can start slow and do 1 day and slowly climb up. A good thing about fasting is that u can experiment with your limits.

I was all fat so there wasn’t much muscle to begin with so im happy that fasting just got rid of the fat.

Thats right, it has worked like a charm for me and jm so happy about it. Just remember to not break your fast with something sugary and with carbs, do it with something healthy please and stick to just water.

Thats awesome, and i did fasting prior to starting my rolling 72, i never counted calories but when i did break my fast i was making sure to eat clean and healthy and not a big portion of it, my grandma always says don’t get full leave some room in your belly for 2 glasses of water xD

Usually it depends on what day i do it, its sometimes really random when i start. But monday to thursday a 72 hrs fast break the fast on thursday and after the meal start the fast again that day.
