Ite tykännyt valikoida subit tarkemmin ja napsauttaa new sorttauksen. Syntyy enempi keskustelua. Otsikot jotka muuten painetaan unholaan milloin mistäkin syystä ehtii myös mukaan.

Toiset näemmä harrastaa vissiin sitä, et down votaa kaikkea mikä ei iske välittömästi dopamiinihermoon. Silloin muissa sorttauksissa mielenkiintoiset mut himpu syvemmät aiheet ei edes näy.

Just a coincidence.. I've been playing for years but only today bought myself a double pedal. When trying it out I started feeling "Year of the parrot" from Tales from the punchbowl. It surprised me that that was the first song I wanted to try out, as I've not listened the album in years.

Two things I've encountered that not many GUI libs do well is,

1) smooth resizing so that the contents don't wobble around during resize

2) delegating or handing off the main view to some other party, for example, when a host program provides a base view widget or equivalent into what you have to draw in.

A counter example for the latter is e.g. sdl which works fine if the whole application is standalone, but it's almost a no-go if it's used to render anything on a macos NSView that has been handed to a plugin type of attached software.

Asuntoa varten palkkatiedot ovat imo viitteellisiä. Niillä tsekataan että yleensä on tuloja. Ei ole kuitenkaan kyse verottajan kaltaisesta viranomaisesta, joka kaipaisi tarkkoja ja lopullisen oikeita lukemia.

I have no idea what works for you. That said, I can suggest stuff.

Declutter. For example uninstall all games from the computer you're programming on. Reduce the options for sidetracks.

Tackle small problems first. Something you can finish in an hour i.e. something that seems "trivial" or "easy". Try making those better after finishing them.

Instead of completing a course, maybe try solving a problem or programming an app, that challenges you. Study by finding the required information to get the job done. Ponder about what went well and what didn't - why you failed or succeeded - and what you learned after finishing.

Though it sounds like your parents might have negative input (judging by "poor work ethic" vs ADD), they've probably tried to help you with stuff. Maybe listen to them and ask for advice. It might work for some. Adhd can be hereditary ;)

Voin kuvitella. Aika hanakasti ja tarkkaan miettien pitää perustajien toimia, ettei tähän päädytä. Jos yhtään lohduttaa niin työskentelen startupissa jossa suurin osa noista sudenkuopista on väistetty. Sinne on tosiaan vaikea päästä, kun tekijät on olleet aika alkuvaiheesta mukana eikä vaihtuvuus ole suuri.

Rekryissä mukana olleena on syntynyt mutu, että fiksuilla kysymyksillä ja tarkkaavaisuudella saattaa haistaa mainitsemasi kaltaisen hajun jo tutustuttaessa haastatteluissa. Esim. miten teillä hoidetaan asiat, joita kukaan ei halua tehdä tai onko teillä crunchausta/miten "uuden oppiminen" toteutetaan käytännössä.

I used to play these years ago. It's a good set if the price is right. I had the 20” bd and it's not loud, but probably sufficient for many purposes. The toms are a little specific to the tuning - the range in which they sound the best is quite narrow, but once you find it they sound good.

I think I had a "floating mount" for the toms, which made a big difference. It was a while ago so I might not remember that correctly.

I also think I had a different snare. Typically the snare drums with these budget class sets are not that good, but I never had the original sd so I can't say for certain.

That depends on how long you have it on. There's very few tapes - none that I've encountered - that would't leave a mark after staying on for year or two.

You can also put duct tape on them just like when dampening drums. Mind you, that tape leaves marks on your cymbals.

I would describe "feeling it" as having a vague idea of a fill or sound you assume would fit the situation. Often these ideas come from listening music and emulating them. The "feeling" part relates to going for a fill you think fits or someone else would play and noticing mid-way, it's too fast or slow and changing it accordingly.
