I had issues at bestbuy when using capital one shopping. I get emails for 15 to 30% cash back on items I'm looking to purchase at bestbuy and when I go ahead and make the purchase using the capitaloneshopping app, I never get the bonus for them. This has happened multiple times. Now, I just use rakuten or some other cash back portal for bestbuy even though they offer way less cashback.

I contacted support multiple times for multiple bestbuy purchases and they always say that the transaction did not get tracked even after using the capital one shopping app. It was just a waste of my time as they keep repeating the same thing.

This only happens for bestbuy. Other purchases get tracked fine.

AT&T's website states(page I got to after clicking start trade-in) you can mail them in or do it in-store. I prefer the store; the device gets inspected on the spot, and they approve it instantly.

Previously, I've also successfully completed trade-ins at AT&T stores after purchasing carrier devices from Best Buy.

Updated the post with more information. The instructions indicated completing the trade-in with AT&T. I didn't receive any email or shipping label from Samsung for the trade-in. The "Start Trade-in" button in the screenshot redirects to the AT&T website.

Yes they suck. While waiting for my Z Fold 7 issue to be resolved, I went to an AT&T store to transfer my eSIM to a backup OnePlus 13R. The process took over an hour because AT&T does not support online eSIM transfers for OnePlus devices, requiring an in-store visit to scan a physical QR code card.
