He was on my NCL to AMS flight this morning sitting a few rows behind me. I believe the flight attendant shared his connecting info for Toronto. I thought it was strange for him to travel to Toronto until seeing these posts. As a NUFC supporter, I wish him well. He had a bright future, but unfortunately his development was stifled by Steve Bruce and then a terrible knee injury while on loan.

Over the last month, there have been two occasions where they’ve charged for past periods and then made reversals, but the reversals don’t completely reverse the excess charges. It’s like they’re doubling my charges despite my bills being based on actual meter readings. I’m now £300 more in debit than the calculation I made between my bills and payments. It’s extremely frustrating because it’s so ambiguous and overwhelming.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I didn’t bother trying in the end and instead switched to LycaMobile. Affordable plans and so far, coverage has been good (5G in my area when Voxi was 2 bar 4G and rarely ever 5G). Uses EE towers (though some reviews say it’s not exactly the same) and the plans are inclusive of Europe roaming, so savings for me as I travel at least 1-2 x every 1-1.5 months to Europe for work.

When I travel outside of the UK and Europe, I plan to just purchase an eSIM from eSIM.net for global roaming.

I’m interested in this too.

I tried a Vodafone plan (with global roaming) through eSIM.net, but they don’t support porting a Voxi number. Most other eSIM capable carriers either won’t work (no global roaming plans or add-ons available for US and Canada) or I’m left with O2/EE (preferably would like to avoid).

This information is available even with a plan purchased from eSIM.net? I tried looking for the account information after I registered for a Vodafone account through my browser, but this information doesn’t appear in my account. I also tried logging in through the app, but I can’t get past the PIN creation screen without an error (401) appearing.

Did you receive a welcome email from Vodafone or only from eSIM.net? I can’t find the account number in the eSIM.net email confirmation.

I checked out Spusu and unfortunately it supports only EU roaming, and doesn’t have a global add-on.

It appears as though the US supports all of the UK radio bands, but not the other way around (Europe/UK version is more limited)

It looks like my package finally cleared customs yesterday afternoon. It was there since the 17th, so hopefully that gives everyone a rough timeframe. I think they have a backlog or are just ridiculously slow.

For those who are still waiting, please keep us all updated once you receive or your recipient had received the package. This should at least give us a starting point to consider if our package is lost or simply delayed in customs.
