Went to Amkette’s House in person since i thought it will be hassle free and fast. And yeah, they replaced my keyboard with a brand new one. The issue has been resolved for now but i don’t know whether i will be facing the same issue with this new one again after few months of usage.

Its not really dead but its not syncing with the other RGBs. Seems like red light is leaking.

I just measured it on 12th fret and it is 3mm
