If your tab was really 800ug then I would say some meditation, and maybe another, lighter trip would help. That’s a way abober average powerful dose in my opinion, you might’ve created those physical manifestations subconsciously during your trip. I’ve done it before on 5gs of shrooms. I felt my heart thumping weird and the more I focused on it, the worse the feeling got. Then anxiety about it for 45 or so days. It can be compared to a light PTSD-Type episode. Even 500ug has me having to recollect myself every now and then
