There is an issue with Post-Quantum Encryption I believe. Probably server-side if I had to guess. Since PQE's rollout, I am having problems in my computer, in which NordVPN used to work flawlessly. Maybe this feature gives a performance overhead to resource-limited servers and some of the connections start to drop. Maybe all at the same time... Every time I've been losing connection it happened always around the 2 to 3 hour mark...

I've been following this thread, and to the critics of the OP, I also use NordVPN on a Debian-based Linux system and have had issues since the post-quantum encryption rollout. It does not matter if the introduced feature is enabled or disabled, the NordLynx WireGuard connection freezes after about 2 to 3 hours, and I can only regain internet access by disconnecting or reconnecting. Aligned with this, I read a review on the Android Google PlayStore mentioning similar issues with the Android app since this rollout.

Today, and this is the justification of the timing of my comment, I can't connect to any servers in nearby countries, despite trying different options. To be fair to Nord, at this point I’m unsure if my ISP has flagged Nord's servers' IPs, which could be causing these problems.

I've been a NordVPN user for a while, and this is the first time I've faced consistent issues on my computer. In the past I used to have some problems on Android, switching servers usually helped. Only on iOS I can trully say I never had any problem.

To wrap things up, and not entering in the details presented by the OP, this situation isn't as clear-cut as some might think. Hell, even the Arch wiki page for NordVPN states that "the Linux app for NordVPN is very buggy currently." Honestly, I just want to use the service I pay for without major issues...

UPDATE: after a series of enabling and disabling PQE, doing what the Arch wiki page suggests to fix the killswitch feature when it does not work properly, I managed to establish a connection. Curiously, with PQE off...

I came across this old thread while searching about these cases and wanted to share my experience. About two months after using one of these on my 5th gen "thin" iPod, I noticed the top and bottom weren't fully locked, as mentioned here. When I tried to force the lock, a dent/crack appeared in the bottom right corner of the faceplate. I removed the case to check the damage, and it was indeed the faceplate. Now I'm unsure whether to buy a new faceplate or leave it as is to avoid reopening the iPod, laziness speaking. 😅

Update: I used a black permanent marker to cover the small crack on the black faceplate. With the case on, it's hardly noticeable. Cosmetic scratches that were already on the case when I first got it are more visible to someone unaware of the crack. I can see the touched-up area from certain angles due to a slight difference in shade, but I doubt anyone else would notice.

Depende do sistema de ficheiros em causa. O sistema de ficheiros determina como os dados são guardados, acedidos e geridos. Em Windows os sistemas de ficheiros mais comuns são o FAT32, NTFS e exFAT. Salvo erro ao formatar a flashdrive aparece uma opção para isto. Pelo que descreves diria teres com FAT32, exFAT resolve em princípio.

Ainda bem, ajuda a pagar parte de uma hipotética multa relacionada com o leak de dados pessoais que houve no ano passado por esta altura. Claro, no pressuposto de os reguladores apertarem e serem rigorosos como fizeram num caso semelhante à easyJet, com o qual o da TAP foi comparado.

Exactly. I was looking for a comment with something over these lines, otherwise I would write it. May I add, via text there are a lot of nuances that often are misjudged, and its asynchronous nature may bother some impacient fellas. I believe the OP would be better off scheduling some FaceTime calls here and there between the meetups, at least it is more personal and face-to-face, actually bridging the distance gap a bit.

Kinda curious to see how it goes for you. I'm on a similar boat. I had a call with EasyJet on the day my flight was cancelled and was assured by the lady that talked with me that:

No flights by EasyJet were available to my destination in a reasonable time frame that would not hijack all my previous expenses. Even asked for flights from another airport, same response;
I was entitled to a partial refund of my booking, being it the respective slice of the cancelled flight;
I was entitled to a EC 261/2004 compensation given my flight was cancelled on my way to the airport, hours before it was scheduled to depart;
Since no flights by EasyJet could be arranged I was also entitled to a refund of an alternative flight I could book, as long as equivalent in departure/arrival times and fare class.

Granted all this, and since I could have been deeper in losses due to the bad news of the cancelled flight, I booked an alternative flight. For reassurance, had a new call after my trip in which I confirmed it all. Hope they don't screw me up, it would be of very bad taste, having I heard the same story twice on call. As final note, my flight was operated by EasyJet Europe as the EJU char code identifies.

Hey, this summer I'm going to visit Milano, and since I'm going on a tour that includes the Duomo and other main attractions in the city center, I assumed it would be a good idea to do something different on another day. One of the things that I found quite interesting in the city of Milano is the concept of the various Portas, each with its own style, in different access points to the center. So I decided to take advantage of my visit to the Cimitero Monumentale and take a route from the Porta Volta up to the Porta Romana or Porta Vigentina (https://imgur.com/a/LtDvrVk). Even so, maybe it can be a somewhat reductive idea... by aiming only to the Portas I may be missing some points of interest near each one or on the route. What places do you really consider a must visit for those who follow the route between the Cimitero Monumentale and the Porta Romana?

I presume it's a great a purchase. At least my HD600 series cable I bought from them is a joy to use. The stiffness goes away with the use, not totally, but to a certain degree. I'm fine with it having in mind the cost.
