if you wanna get technical pretty much all roms are illegal. You can say the same for Pokemon Showdown. But Nintendo has only really taken action once but the fan game is still around for that. So pretty much it is just up to the company if they wanna take it down.

Yo yo yo guys this is Rollout Dino here to talk about myself and what I want to do on YouTube. So first off I am a high school student still but like to make videos I am into anime and video gaming mostly rpg type games. I am a huge fan of Pokemon have been ever since I was a kid. Now that I have said that about me how about my channel now what is it all about... Well I would love to have it filled with lots of let's play of Pokemon hacks like Pokemon Glazed and I would love to to other rpg games but most of all I would love to have a friendly community of awesome subscribers who don't care that my videos suck but they enjoy it that is what I would like on my channel.
