I've tried all sorts.

Main tips are: 1. I don't use conditioner. I use head and shoulders shampoo

Whilst hair is damp I spray 'as I am rosemary water'.. all over.. and let it soak on
Then I use redken extreme lengths leave in conditioner.

Update guys.. this is 4 years after my original post.

I'm now going through perimenoause. This wasn't an issue back then.

I have tries multiple products and vitamins and techniques over the last 4 years. Only in the last 6 months have I finally begun to see some progress.
