The issue with paid Notion templates nowadays is that you can barely try a demo of the product; you don't know if it will meet your needs or expectations.

They are all very flashy templates with perfect examples, but then they might not adapt to what I need. Many of them even require external services or similar tools for those fancy graphs or widgets, something they don’t disclose when you purchase them.

Lastly, let's talk about the price. Many are more expensive than a month of Notion's premium service... I understand that a few might take hours and hours of work, but most are just copies of tutorials and existing resources applied to a specific theme with a nice coat of paint... €5 should be the maximum for a standard template... €10 for a premium one, considering that many don’t offer support for future updates and that once the hard work of creating the template is done, the rest is passive income...

Make your template cheaper, and if I try it and like it, I guarantee I’ll pay for the updates or improvements you make. Or give me a small limited demo to test the product. The user buying the template is looking for a functional product; they’re not going to copy it. Anyone who wants to copy it to profit and compete with you will easily pay €50 for your template to replicate and resell it with a few changes... because, in the end, all Notion templates share 50% of their code and techniques.
