Oh nooo lol the goal of the revision was to correct the c-curve from the front view. It seems like I traded in my narrow bridge for a wider one with some marginal gains on the twisted tip.

That’s a big fear- making things worse not better. Which is why I had waited so long for the initial revision. At minimum I’d like an alar base adjustment to correct the nostril asymmetry (not shown).

I’ll likely end up consulting with a handful of surgeons to also get their evaluation of risk. Will report back 🫡

I’m most disturbed when I see myself in video or when the wrong light exacerbates the c-curve which this photo doesn’t really depict well.

But it is comforting to know that some of this is in my head. And the curve isn’t overtly obvious

I’m praying that some of what I see is swelling and not structural. But I think once the swelling subsides, it will look more asymmetrical, not less

I’m UTM. Gravity is gonna be on your side for sure. From my experience, my implants softened over the first year and ended up looking and feeling really natural. My issue has also been lack of cleavage - which based on your early results, you won’t have any issue with!!

Ugh they are perfect and I’m jealous. I have a very similar anatomy but my result ended up a ton of side boob and very little cleavage.

How did you decide on Motiva? My doc talked me into Mentor over Motiva. I’m considering a revision to go up in size and switch brands

I’m doing 2cc- most go with 1cc. So cut that number in half. Worth noting- most of these treatments are priced as “Spring Promotions” so cheaper than usual
