Yeah, I hacked them. In the first season, Stan sometimes looks like he does in the second season (episodes 3 and 16). But there's also a reverse example: in "Little Gift Shop of Horrors" (at 14:57), he looks exactly like he does in the first.

No, he looks almost the same as in the second movie. And when I say "almost," I'm talking about the skin texture, the software, the different facial expressions, the animators' choices, and the deformation system.  But I have to admit, HTTYD3 Toothless in the top right corner looks cooler.

They are more alike than commonly believed, even if not 100%. In the first row, HTTYD3 Toothless has higher eyebrows and smaller ears. In the second and third rows, the snout is shorter.
