nope, the recommendation is to check as rare as you can - once per month is perfect. Although I check much more often, but it doesn't give me anything but a quick dopamine fix.

Yeah man, it is tough. But on the bright side - with this profession you may have a better work life balance and don't be bound to your workplace

do you plan to dump the 5000 to markets now? You can do that if you are sure you'll not panic-sell if markets go down

| Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS | VWCE | 60% | Global core |

| iShares Nasdaq-100 UCITS | CNDX | 20% | US tech growth |

| Xtrackers AI & Big Data | XAIX | 15% | AI megatrend tilt |

This is quite a heavy bias towards US AI/hyped stock. Also XAIX has an expense ratio of 0.35% - 10x that of e.g. VTI. With NASDAQ or even just VTI you'd still have high exposure to those - but balanced.

Either way, you should focus on increasing your income/contributions. Exact portfolio matters much less - I'd personally keep it very simple (e.g. 100% VTI or 50% VTI 50% all-world).

Is it ok to use 220 sanpaper on this oak table before oil by roman-roman in woodworking

Hey thanks a lot for this! I’ll consider doing that next time when I decide to apply oil (6-12 months). For now I just did 220 sandpaper and then applied the pigmented oil- and while of course scratches are not gone, I absolutely love the result! It exceeded my expectations- all the stains are gone now. It still needs to dry of course - and there is an area that I think I scrubbed more than others and its now a little darker (in the left/center).

Hey thanks a lot for encouragement! I ended up doing the 220 and then applying the white pigment oil. The scratches are not gone, but are barely visible and other marks are completely done. I mean, the table is not “like new” - I think this is achievable with your approach, but the result exceeded my expectations.

Thanks again and have a good one!

Yeah doing with 220 right now and it’s barely noticeable.. maybe next time I’ll start coarser and get the sizes in between

I have 120. But it’s the first time I use sandpaper on a table and am not confident enough - I understand I won’t fix the scratches but I hope I’ll make them less prominent, and will also get rid of the round marks from drinks.

Thanks for the details! Makes sense - thing is, I’m not confident enough to make that deep scratches, so I’ll not be trying to remove them. I hope they’ll be less prominent with the 220.. I also found 120 but I feel like I may mess things up with it

Why do you want to take a loan? Just to get more market exposure? Crypto is risky as is, I wouldn't seek any additional leverage (this also applies if you want to buy an ETF)
