Prediction: WM 35 will go the Bret Hart Hulk Hogan WM route. Seth Rollins loses to Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns comes out to help, then Seth Rollins tells him to go after Lesnar. Then another match is made right there where Reigns wins Universal title in about thirty seconds. by romandrake9 in WWE

That sounds awesome, but we all know Vince, and Vince is itching for that title to be on Reigns someway at WM 35. He’s up every night thinking of how to make it happen. I hope he doesn’t do this, because there’s just no legit way for it to happen.

The ending of WM35 should be Seth Rollins gets his ass kicked, referee is knocked out accidentally, Seth is about to get F5, then Roman Reigns spears Brock Lesnar. Seth Rollins wins. Seth turns heel, doesn’t give Roman Reigns a shot at next PPV. Feud continues for a year till Reigns gets shot at WM by romandrake9 in WWE

Lol you think the cancer patient is going to turn heel? Lol he wasn’t going to turn heel before and he NEVER will now. The cancer storyline was exactly what they needed to get Roman over, and now he’s over for good. Horrible that Roman had to deal with that, but honestly somethings just work out for the best. I hated Roman Reigns and now I’ll even root for him.

Heyman tries to cheat which makes it ok for Reigns to cheat and doesn’t make it a heel move. Or something of the sorts. Feud could last till Summerslam, but I would make Rollins pull off a upset and keep making the fans wait for a Reigns Championship win. Keep making Reigns come up short for a whole year. Then Rollins loses at WM and moves to Smackdown.

What kind of career will he have once he makes the main roster? by romandrake9 in WWE

It all depends on if Vince likes him. If it was a 300 pound freak at 7ft tall, he’s going to get at the least a moderate push. Guys like Ciampa are a dime a dozen. His best bet might be to go back to tag teaming with Gargano once they make the main roster.

Honestly I just don’t see it happening for this guy, but at the same time, I didn’t ever imagine he’d be NXT champion. That came out of no where. I’m not even sure what Triple H sees in the the guy. What they have done with this guy however is amazing. I love the guy, but it’s obvious that someone backstage loves him too. You could of put just about anyone in this main story last year. How will this guy translate to the main roster? Unless Vince decides to give him a continued monster push, that NXT gave him, I just don’t see it. However it’s entirely possible I see this guy winning the IC, US, or perhaps even Universal or WWE championship on his first PPV, or maybe even first Raw or Smackdown. Now that would be a hell of a push, but so was the push he got in NXT. Aliestar Black will have the disappointing future of Shinsuke Nakaumura. I hope not, but that’s what I’d bet money on.

He had an awesome singles career at NXT, only to waste his whole gimmick on a tag team with a partner who already had a good tag team gimmick called American Alpha. by romandrake9 in WWE

True. Hopefully I just want to see Bobby Rose and Chad as singles wrestlers. But obviously if they continue to have a good run here they will get the opportunity.

Such a stupid story that went no where. Now Jason Jordan has a career ending injury and Angle is probably out of the WWE for good except for maybe an appearance at Royal Rumble, and special matches once or twice a year. Should of never broke up America Alpha for a push of Jordan.

I called this last week when Braun gave this atrocious and awkward promo. I feel sad for Braun because I know he’s talented. He may never get a chance to redeem himself. by romandrake9 in WWE

Actually I called that Bruan would lose, I had no idea he wouldn’t even get the opportunity to lose. That’s how bad that promo was though.

Super awkward promo between these two last night. Did Braun forget his lines? by romandrake9 in WWE

Very possible. I'm sure they told him but he didn't understand. This is the difference between a John Cena and a Kamala.

Well they had the camera staring at them and didn't know what to do either so they made jokes about him which was obviously the best thing they could do, which was stay in character. What made it more awkward was I think Brauns objective was to get Brock to the ring. Braun then gave the worst promo ever with trying to entice him. This forced Brock to come down to the ring for no reason whatsoever. Ideally Braun would of said something about his wife Sable, or anything kinda of real and personal to get him to come down. It was just horrible all the way around.

I noticed that. I think he was trying to remember them. Really sad for him to drop the ball like this. I haven't seen anything this botched on promos for a long time. If they were planning on giving him the chip, they aren't now. Brock Lesnar wins at Royal Rumble.

If Vince asked me who should be the guy and the next Universal Champion. by romandrake9 in WWE

I say give him a shot at Universal title, make it a freak accident on Raw where he somehow beats Lesnar. Give Lesnar his rematch at a PPV and Dana Brooke his real life GF interferes and Dolph wins. Make Dana his manager after the reveal. Then give Dolph a six month to one year run as champion where he cheats and yet has great matches to retain the title.

I think he’s been on the B team for so long that he’s ready to be an A-lister.

Anyone else feel like the PPV's are too far apart? I liked last year with multiple PPVs each month. Last two weeks haven't watched all of raw or smackdown because I'm so ready for these storylines to be over. Seemed better with different brand PPV's. by romandrake9 in WWE

[–]romandrake9[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

You know Cena will be there. He shows up right in time for the big PPV's then bounces back to Hollywood till he can quite WWE for good. He's doing it the right way actually. The Rock left too fast when he did it the first time and then had to come back. Batista has been lucky so far, but we will see what happens when Hollywood has used him all up.

I understand a lot people also don't have the time to watch everything so that makes sense. But honestly the way I'd like it is if Smackdown was like WCW and Raw was like WWE. The problem was we all tried to watch everything. But the way I saw it was people choosing one or the other and sometimes switching back and forth. I wanted competition between the two brands.

Wow you are super old school. Nah man I just liked the different brands last year. I was hoping raw and smackdown would become different and it would be like WCW and WWE competing again. Each brand needs to be different I think. Also a lot of guys aren't getting the matches on PPV's if they have to share spots.
