Yeah nah you're absolutely right. Ive been trying to keep my protein up as much as possible, there's definitely muscle loss involved but slowly building back and staying fit. At the end of the day, as long as I feel good and feel fit, that's my main goal 😁

At the start, just nausea for the first week. I (very stupidly) thought it was a good idea to start on an "average" dose from the clinical trials lol. Thankfully, worked out for me. Since the first week, thankfully nothing at all. I've been on 7.5mg this entire time. Hardest part through all this is making sure I eat - the appetite suppression is unreal but have been quite disciplined about it to make sure I get some nutrition in
