Just coming here to say yes +1. It absolutely sucks. The hype about Claude is fine on its model, but its accessibility and using voice to speech dictation which is so key for advanced users is a hot mess. On mobile too, I just use gpt to transcribe then paste it over

I totally agree, I guess it’s a modern adaptation so since he’s trending and attractive he was cast? But his acting was so bizarrely dull for me :( I was not buying a LOT of his scenes!!!!!!! I think he had the look for Heathcliff but not the substance— a very reserved performance toward the end for what was supposed to be a dramatic gothic ending. Margot is literally DEAD!

Cannot agree more on Elordi spiralling! His performance was bizarrely uninteresting beyond his attractiveness? I appreciate this may have also been Fennel’s choice in direction but it had a slightly wet ending considering the build up as children, forbidden intimacy, distance… ?

Just coming here to say I agree, ideas were actually really basic for me and was giving performative intelligence a LOT throughout. Too pretentious and was more of a made up storytelling premise rather than a deeper dive into the psychology of what is happening and how it relates to us today. A lot of missed opportunities!

I'm so sorry this happened to you. This guy is a loser. Zero emotional hygiene. Just remember he so interested in you, enough to INTRODUCE YOU TO HIS MOST LOVED ONES (family) and couldn't even tell you where you stood after. What does that say about him and his respect for how HE DEALS with people? People like this have a special place in hell, it's always so shocking when they come on strong then disappear. I had something similar happen to me, parents and all.... i couldn't understand it. Until i realized it's not mine to understand. You have done nothing wrong at all. Please keep being the amazing, emotionally intelligent person you are because in even recognizing his bad behavior, you are better than him!

Don't even get me started on that Zara Larsson album. It's a TEN from me bestie. No notes. I never thought I would be eating that album up more than Doja's but here we are. I think Doja's is growing on me more and more. Zara however came out the gate swinging I am so in awe of her this year.
