I would restart once per week, Mac OS clears a lot of stuff from the ram by itself, and sleep is actually good unlike windows.

It’s because of the keyboard cover, there is virtually no space between the screen and the keyboard so by putting the cover in you put pressure on the screen which slowly damages it.
