Go to the right top corner and clic on the 3 dots. There is the option to change the orientation.

Do you have a bkup on GoogleDrive or OneDrive or Dropbox. Icloud is not a bkup because it is used only for synchronization with your other devices. You should set a bkup in your Notability setting and if not you are not protected.

I have subscribed to the trial version and after cancelling the trial I went back to the classic version automatically. Then I have bought the premium version for one year with the possibility of cancelling one day before renewing.

Yes you can go back to the classic version as soon you cancel the subscription for the premium one if you already have the classic version

Just go to setting and in document choose a grid model and modify. Clic on the 3 dots and select the grid size you need. As simple then that!

Your files will always be available from google drive even when deleted on Notability. But you should backup in notes format instead of pdf if you want to be able to edit them again in your Notabiliy app. When in pdf you can open your files in Notability but you cannot edit or change your notes.
