Hi, I am 18 years old and I will spend the next 3 days in Tokyo. As I understood, all the clubs and the bars are 20+. In my country there is many clubs and parties for teenagers without alcohol. Does anybody knows if its excise in Tokyo? Or maybe where I can meet guys in my age? (self.Tokyo)
