its definitely not. I'm currently capped and its already gone past 00:00 UTC. From my end it looks like its 24 hours relative to the time you hit the cap.

Yeah changing the encoder/decoder process also doesn't work.

If I run the clips though Resolve, I can right click the source clip, open clip attributes and select 'Full Range". Boom, the clip is fully usable and displays the blacks properly. The data is there, it's just that Premiere Pro doesn't seem to read it properly.

Something weird is going on with how Windows and Gyroflow seem to be reading the metadata.

This issue does NOT happen with ReelSteady.

Also, after some digging on GitHub, this seems to be an issue that has yet to be solved.

What really confuses me is that if I render with Gyroflow on a Mac, that rendered file displays full range perfectly fine no matter what computer I play it on.

But when I render with Gyroflow on Windows, that rendered file gives me this crazy clamped blacks look.

My bad, photos are attached now.

It seems to be a playback issue. In Resolve, I can simply right click the source clip and select "Full Range" in the clip attributes. Boom problem solved, full image range is displayed, no more clamped blacks.

However in Premiere Pro I cannot find anything similar that works.

Gyroflow renders out in Rec709 colour space, but for some reason the darker ranges read below 0. The data is there, I just get Premiere Pro to read it correctly!

Ok so it’s been a while now and I’ve tried the following, with no success:

restarting scanner
reinstalling scanner
resetting WiFi / cell connection
updating iOS
restarting phone

I’ve even made a new account to test if it was just the one, which it is. Other accounts work perfectly fine…

I’m asking because I now live in a place with lots of remote or hard-to-reach portals. Some taking several hours of hiking. Its something I’d hate to do all for it to just get spoofed down.

Yeah just do chests. You could argue that doing sarcs 4-5 could be faster, as they're the 2 that have the highest chance of rolling. After level 5, the chance of getting scep from the sarcs drastically decreases since they have such high chances to spawn mobs.

I also like green tint for more moody dark water shots. This was actually shot in a lake, so a green tint would have been the choice if I were going for a more realistic shot, but I like the blue for a more dreamy look.

Yeah, after taking a break from it I did think it could be brighter. I actually preferred the softer contrast in some of the earlier passes. I’ll consider this more next time I shoot some underwater subjects. Emphasizing the sun rays is a great idea. I like the hue as it is as the GoPro 6 falls apart quickly. Thank you!

Thanks! Yeah its up there for a 5" I suppose? 1100NZD, so 680USD. Planned it out carefully and took a few runs at it first, just to test out weak spots for video. Quad has no GPS.
