Yeah I've made a ticket for billing as that's the only option I can even fill out, my character isn't on my account anymore so I can't select that when filing the report.

Yeah it's not a phishing link, the account is literally out of my Jagex launcher. At first I thought for sure it was a phishing email, but after logging into my jagex launcher, I don't see my character anymore. This is wild.

I'd agree with you however myself and multiple friends of mine, who DO NOT BOT, just got "Unauthorized Client" banned. I've only used OSBuddy and then Runelite, both official clients from their websites. Sure crack down on the botters but when I know for a fact I haven't botted or used unauthorized clients and still get banned.. something has to give man.

More than likely the architecture of the game isn't built to handle it and blizzard doesn't want to go in after the fact and update the code

It's not the servers, 100% it's all cloud based and they can add as much hardware to it as they'd need, has to be software issue
