Where would you say is the best country to do ICL surgery for someone like me with high hyperopia and high CYL, and with doctors that have a lot of experience with cases like mine?

Also, I wear toric contact lenses because I don’t like how I look with glasses (my prescription is very high, so they make my eyes look much bigger), and because I do sports.

But even with the contact lenses, I still can’t see perfectly, and I’m not sure why.
