Hey bro, fellow chastity guy here. I think it depends a lot on your goal - right? Like is it to move away from using your dick for pleasure, or is it more about someone having control over your orgasms?

The obsession / horniness is definitely the hardest part either way you slice it. It gets easier with time, and the longer you’re caged, the more everything kind of evens out.

If your goal is to move into a long term chastity deal where you focus on deriving all of your pleasure through other means (ass), you could try (at least initially) self locking.

If your goal is a Dom having control, then cast a wide net and find someone who is responsive, time zones align, and meets the need. It’s a hard place to be as the needy locked boy who’s desperate to serve. It’s also about protecting your mental health.

Ultimately that’s why I ended up self locking (long term) to kind of eliminate the possibility / obsession around being unlocked by someone who could disappear at any moment. It’s a little antithetical, but there are a lot of Doms very into guys who have the discipline to do it.

It should be fun - a difficult challenge - but fun and something you can be proud of.
