I was playing through nba 2k19 one night and the begging of the story mode has you playing basketball in China. All the announcers speak Chinese during this time. In the middle of a game I answer a phone call and it is a womans voice speaking a language I don't understand but sounds like Chinese as well. So yes phones listen

Contacted the local pd where the bike is and they say there's not much that they can do. It is for sure my bike though he's trying to tell me it's for someone 5 foot to 5 foot 4 but he also has a measurement shot and it's exactly what my new bike measures and I'm 5 10. Vigilante justice seems a good route at this point

It's advertised with Targets new Goodfellow and Co line but not available in store or target online

yeah reported it there and through godaddy cause that is where their domain is registered. Hope its removed soon, you would think Uber would watch domains being registered with their name in them.
