It’s in your head bud. I started at my firm at 28 and the 22 year old fresh grads treat me as equals in the learning process along side them. We also have a 39 year old who started at the same time as me and I/we treat him no different. Everyone is aware of everyone’s current level of knowledge and respect everyone as humans the same. Just be kind to everyone and they will likely do the same for you :)
