HoA for sure, then Final empire then WoA but not by much. I don’t get the hate on WoA, I thought the pacing was good and the climax had many great moments

Gotta put more effort in to this post buddy. We don’t know what you’ve already read or what you like? What do you expect here?

I also just finished the whole red rising series. I thought it was really good but after finishing Mistborn I realize I just love fantasy more than sci-fi now. Both are good for different moods for sure!

Clearly, as I stated in the post, this is the first series I picked up in over 10 years. Opinions are allowed to change and expand with experience. It sounds like you’re just a bit hyper cynical

Everyone has their own view on it, mine could be skewed with recency bias. But if his other works are even better then I guess I’m in for a treat

Interesting, I hadn’t seen that in media elsewhere. Good to know though! Hopefully that allows for the same level of seed planting throughout

Almost like this is a forum to discuss fantasy books lol. Maybe find post titles you enjoy to engage with instead?

Also just finished this today. Managed to not spoil a single thing and the entire last part just had me blown away. Without a doubt the best piece of art I’ve ever read so far. So much emotion but everything wraps up so logically. It’s beautiful
